20x44 Life - Refund Policy
1. General
In order for us to consider a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Damaged Items
For items received damaged, please email info@20x44.net with photographic evidence within 14 days. We will assess the damage and may offer a refund or replacement.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges
